Obituary

Bambi Lynn Marini Detwiler 63 of sumterville Florida has come to the end of her Wonderful Life Journey after losing a short but agonizing battle with cancer.   Bambi is now pain free and no longer suffering within the Pearly Gates of Heaven.   Bambi was a caregiver for over 40 years to the day of passing.   Bambi invested her time, love, compassion, knowledge and family she was devoted to making their lives as happy and comfortable as possible.  Bambi was a proud daughter of the late Pete and Bessie Marini who open their home in Orlando Florida back in 1976 to Mentor, guide and care for 16 disabled gentleman, while raising their own family which made it one big family environment. After retiring with her late Brother John and adopted son Aaron, David and Jimmy in the year of 2002 Bambi and family moved to sumterville Florida for that laid-back peaceful retired Country lifestyle Bambi and her late husband Russell Detwiler always wanted.  Bambi will now join a group of passed loved ones; grandmother Angelina Marini, parents Pete and Bessie Marini, brother John Marini, sister Angela Messer and husband Russell Detwiler.  Bambi is survived by her son; Chris Detwiler and his family, son; Anthony Detwiler and his wife April.  Bambi had three amazing grandchildren Jonathan, Kyle and Zachary Detwiler, step-children; Russell Detwiler Junior and Ruth Young. She is also survived by her aunt Dolores wolfer of Wildwood New Jersey,  brother Pete Marini of yalaha Florida,  sister Melinda degrave of Deltona Florida,  sister Helen shaut of Umatilla Florida.  Bambi had 13 nieces Tanya, Bambi, Brianna, Nina, Becky, flossy, Taylor, Kylie, Christina, Crystal, Nevaeh, Daisy, Natasha.  Bambi also had 10 nephews Peter, Michael, Brian, Dalton, Rhett, Cody, anin, Peter Jr, Zachary, Jimmy.  Bambi also had countless lifelong friends and extended family members who will sadly miss her. Bambi's services will be held at Allen j harden Funeral Home 2820 1800 North Donnelly Street Mount Dora Florida 32757 viewing on Tuesday March 27th 2018 family from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. a service will also be held for Wednesday March 28th at 10 a.m.
ANGEL
An angel was here but now Bambi is home she suffered so much since the cancer had grown angels in the background saying it's time to go so we said goodbye to an angel that we were blessed to know the angel was hurting due to cancer of the bone but suffering in the hospital that angel wanted to go surrounded by family and all the best care the angel was at peace and her family had not despair that Angels Journey has now been completed and her family sit there not knowing what's needed the Angels said it's time for me to go so God sent an angel to take an Angel home we are torn and sad but we still have hope we can feel her spirit we will always know that angel is here to watch us grow the day she passed the Cardinals appeared losing that angel with something we all feared those birds were pretty and they flew in quick I knew at that moment it was Bambi and kit flying around letting us know it's okay and that we will all be together on that glorious day now that angels in the sky preparing our place that Angels looking down and keeping us safe RIP MOM
