Carol Jean Kessinger, age 80, of Eustis, Florida, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her
three children on October 4, 2025. Born in Pittsfield, Illinois, Carol was the youngest daughter of
Rachel and Wilmott Musgrave. Her and her husband Eugene moved their family to Eustis in
1990, where they built a wonderful life surrounded by family, faith, and friends.

Carol was a devoted member of her church and rarely missed a Sunday service. Her faith guided
her throughout her life and was a source of great comfort and strength. In the last few years, she
worked as a front desk manager at an insurance company, where she was known for her
diligence and steady hand in helping others.

Above all, Carol was a loving sister, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her sister
Joann who resides in Illinois, three children- Christopher, Ryan, and Rebecca, daughter-in-law's,
Rhonda and Carissa, and her nine cherished grandchildren: Austin (and wife Maggie), Emma,
Grace, Riley (and fiancé Lisa), Colby, Carlyn, Brayden, Grayson and Kielynn. Her attentive
care, warmth, and encouragement will be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Rachel and Wilmott Musgrave, and her beloved
husband, Eugene Kessinger.

Her family takes comfort in knowing she is now reunited with her loved ones and at peace in the
presence of her Savior. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
