Carolyn R. Griggs passed away peacefully on Monday April 10,2023. She was 94.

Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Pamela (Bill), Deborah (Cory); her
son, David (Rita); 5 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 7 great granddaughters,
and 5 great grandsons.

Carolyn was born July 7,1928, to her parents, J.G. and Carroll W. Rawls. She
is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Earl J. Griggs. She was a
native Floridian who graduated from Apopka High School.

Carolyn was a loving mother and caring friend to many. She endeared
herself to others with her loving and kind spirit. She spent decades in service
at First Baptist Church, Mt. Dora. She loved the Lord and taught many
children that Jesus loved them.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 14, 2023 from 11:00 to 12:30
at Allen J. Harden Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 at
Pine Forest Cemetery and a Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for 2:00
at First Baptist Church, Mount Dora.
