Obituary

Carolyn Hall, age 91, passed away February 16, 2017 in Mount Dora, Florida. She was born December 15, 1925 in Sanford, Florida. After graduation from Seminole High School in 1943, Carolyn relocated to Washington, DC where she worked for the Department of Health, Education and Welfare until her retirement in 1986. She loved to travel, exercise and doing volunteer work with the Pink Ladies. In 2004, Carolyn moved to Mount Dora to be closer to her family. Bootsie, as she was known to her family is predeceased in death by her parents A. D. and Vida Hodges Rosier and her great nephew Hunter William Rosier. She is survived by her brother Stanley B. Rosier (Sandra), nephew Stanley C. Rosier (Pam), niece Sherron Timmers (Werner), all of Mount Dora. Great nieces, Erin Williams, Mount Dora, Harmoni Brooks (Ron), Macclenny, Florida, Hayli Westhelle (Chris), Sanford, Florida and Great Nephew Gregory Williams, Gainesville, Florida. Three great-great nieces and one great-great nephew and her stepson Ernst P. Hall, Jr. of Orlando, Florida. Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017, 11:00 AM, at Evergreen Municipal Cemetery, 1975 West 25th Street, Sanford, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to The Cat Protection Society, 2700 Getford Road, Eustis, Florida 32726.
