Obituary

Chuck was an avid fisherman who passed away while trying to achieve his dream of catching the World's Record Musky. He was a huge fan of Elvis Presley and listened to his music every day on his way to work. In Chuck's perfect world, he'd be on a fishing trip with Elvis in Boulder Junction.

He grew up in Wisconsin and returned each summer to fish. Chuck was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Journalism. He was a Social Studies teacher at Leesburg High School for ten years. He truly enjoyed working with all of his students, giving them confidence to succeed in life.

Chuck is survived by his wife Robin of almost 36 years, father-in-law Red Hinkley, mother Marilyn Armitage, brother Steve Armitage (Lisa), brothers-in-law Paul Hinkley (Meg), Marc Hinkley (Suzie), Roger Hinkley (Diane), and his pal Nova. He was a proud uncle of his 7 nieces and nephews. Chuck will dearly miss his family, friends and students, as we will miss him.
