Christine Scott Wilson, 72, a resident of Mount Dora, FL, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, October 21, 2019, after battling cancer for 20 months.  Her funeral service will be held this Friday, October 25, 2019, at Mount Dora Church of Christ, 1801 N. Donnelly St., Mount Dora, FL, at 2:00 p.m.

Christine is survived by her loving husband, Ken Wilson; her sisters, Sharon Scott Hodges (Jim) and Barbara Scott Logsdon (Ray); her nieces Sarah Lynn Osborne and Jackie Logsdon Meagher (Dale); her nephews Jim Hodges, III, Scott Hodges (Denise), Nick Logsdon, and Chris Logsdon (Erin); her great nieces Aleigh Mae, Holly Rose and Jamie Elizabeth Meagher, and Camryn Logsdon, her great nephews Daniel Osborne and Christopher James Logsdon; and her cousins Charlotte Troy (Larry), Charles Landers, Jr., Marilyn Landers (Jim), and Vivian Landers Crenshaw (David).

Christine was the owner of Christine's Interiors for 23 years, and enjoyed interior decorating very much.  She has been a member of Mount Dora Church of Christ for many years.  Her strong Christian faith has been a blessing to many.

We pray that Christine's light, engaging personality, and beautiful smile touched all with whom she came in contact.  Christine loved her family and church family with all her heart.  She was the leader, matriarch, and peacemaker of her family.  Her goal was to make everyone happy, and strengthen their faith.  As a wife, she was the best.  As an Aunt, there was none better, just ask her nieces and nephews.  Everyone loved Tiney.  Christine loved God's nature, the birds, the flowers, the trees, all the amazing wonders God provided.  She truly took the time to stop and smell the flowers and breathe in the fresh air, and she loved the blue sky and clouds and enjoyed a good rain shower.  She loved all of nature (except for the bugs!)
