The world lost a bright light on February 17, 2025 when David Paul Fitzgerald passed away at the age of 51. Born on February 21, 1973 in Amarillo, TX. David Paul Fitzgerald touched the lives of so many with his kindness, humor, and unwavering love for his family.

A devoted spouse, father, son and friend. David was a lover of the outdoors photography and enjoyed hiking, snow skiing and boating. His most favorite activity was spending time with his beloved family, friends and adorable pets. He was well traveled and never turned down an opportunity or an adventure. He was a savvy business man, a tech wiz, a fun loving gregarious wonderful  man and support to many. We will cherish and adore his legacy of life, lived with exuberance and genuine love.

Fitzgerald is survived by his wife Virginia Fitzgerald, parents Vic and Katherine (Cunnar) Fitzgerald, daughter Megan Wagner (Ashton), son Benjamin Fitzgerald, siblings Carol Register, Steve Fitzgerald (Amy),Sarah Cancel (Aby),stepdaughter Chrystal Bernier, stepson Carlos Bernier and Leonardo Lopez, former spouse Mathilde Stevenin, a dear aunt, uncle, nieces, nephew, cousins and amazing step grandchildren.
