David S. Kellerman – Age 79, died Friday, November 16, 2018 at Corner Stone Hospice. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Sullivan Ranch Clubhouse, Mount Dora, FL, Pastor Gary Upleger officiating. Those desiring may make contributions to the Tavares Cornerstone Hospice House. Mr. Kellerman was born in Flint Michigan, February 2, 1939, served proudly in the Army. and lived in Flint for many years where he served as director of Sales and management development for Century 21 of Michigan region, Mr. Kellerman joined Century 21 of the Pacific Inc. in 1985 as director of sales and management development. He later served as vice president of the services group and senior vice president and executive director of the Pacific region before assuming senior regional director of the Los Angeles/South Bay region. In 1993 Mr. Kellerman was named president and general manager of Century 21 Pacific Inc. His territory was one of the seven divisions in Century 21 Real Estate Corp. where he was overseer of more than 200 independently owned and operated offices in an area which included the real estate markets in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties Hawaii and Guam. Mr. Kellerman retired in 1998 and Moved to Florida where he is enjoyed life to the fullest. He is survived by his Wife Linda S. Kellerman, Stepdaughter Olivia Gray, Stepson Brian Watson, 6 Grandchildren, 1 Great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and mother Robert V. Kellerman and Minnie A. Kellerman and 3 brothers, Richard A. Kellerman, Robert L Kellerman, Bruce Kellerman. David's goal in life was to help people get what they want in life and showed them how to accomplish this task. Show up, take action, and hold yourself accountable. He was loved by many and will be missed.
