Donna was born in Pulaski, TN and attended Giles County High School. She relocated to Central Florida in 1980. Donna worked in the antique business for nearly twenty years before retiring. Throughout life, before and after retiring, Donna was an avid traveler.

Donna passed away after a 5 1/2 year battle with a rare cancer called GIST (gastrointestinal stromal tumor). In lieu of flowers, at the request of Donna and family members, donations can be made to http://www.gistinfo.org/donate/ to help find a cure for others battling with this cancer.

Donna is survived by her partner Ron Anderson of Mount Dora, FL; her mother Betty Johnson of Pulaski, TN; her brother Randy Davenport of Pulaski, TN; her two sisters Pam Daly of Mount Dora, FL and Melanie Lopez (Jesse Lopez) of Columbia, TN; her two daughters Christy Johnson-Case (Jeff Case) of Gillsville, GA and Tecia Johnson of Clermont, FL; and her two grandchildren Caitlin Johnson and Christian Matthews both of Gillsville, GA.
