Erek Christopher Matz

Mr. Erek C. Matz, 50, graduated onto heaven August 3rd, 2021 in Leesburg, FL. He was born in Lakeland, FL and lived most of his life in central Florida. Erek was a successful business owner and acting director of marketing. He was a minister of the gospel and a family man. If he wasn't spending time with his grandkids, he was usually traveling with his wife or riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Kelly Matz. His four children; Kayla Webb, Amy Minx, Austin Matz, and Aaron Matz. His ten grandchildren; Gavin, Dylan, Braxten, Cora, Kaiden, Kristan, Isla, Andrew, Ren and Jackson. His sister, Farrah Thompson and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and in-laws.

His funeral service will be Saturday, 08/7/21, at Allen J. Harden Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors from 10am-12pm, the services will start at 12pm. Flowers can be sent to the Allen J. Harden Funeral Home.
