Horace D. "Buddy" Hobbs, 77, Tavares, FL.,  died peacefully on February 16, 2018.

Buddy was a Lineman for the City of Mount Dora for many years before his retirement.

Mr. Hobbs is survived by daughters; Barbara Elliott, Tavares, FL., Kay Hobbs (Neil), Astatula, FL., brother; Buddy Hobbs, Altoona, FL. grandchildren; David Elliott, Eustis, FL., and Michelle Elliott, Tavares, FL.   4 great grandchildren and many more family and friends that will miss him dearly.

A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday February, 24th, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 4:00 pm at Allen J Harden Funeral Home, 1800 N. Donnelly Street, Mount Dora, FL., 32757
