Howard "Chris" Hill, 64, went home to the Lord Tuesday, October 11, 2016. A celebration of life will be held beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 17th, at Allen J. Harden Funeral Home, 1800 North Donnelly St., Mt. Dora, FL 32757, Pastor Brooks Braswell will be officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Pine Forest Cemetery in Mt. Dora.

Chris was born April 11, 1952 in Spring Lake, New Jersey to Irvin and Helen (Klingel) Hill. He married Patti Demastus on October 12, 1974 in Casselberry, Florida. Chris was an Auto Salesman for 40 years. He enjoyed boating, water skiing, snow skiing, fishing, and bird hunting. He loved the beach and gardening.

Chris is survived by his wife, Patti, and his two sons, Shane Hill and his wife Melinda of Sorrento, FL, Sean Hill and his wife Ashley of Grand Island, FL; 5 grandchildren, Madison, Evan, Ella, Reese, and Brooks, step mother Marge Hill of Orlando, his sister Margaret Moss of Sorrento, twin brothers and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by both parents, and 1 brother.
