Allen J. Harden Funeral Home
1:00 - 3:00 pm (Eastern time)
Jack Langley was born on June 11, 1949, and peacefully passed away on July 8, 2026, at the age of 77, while residing at Altos Senior Living.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Jack was best known for owning and operating his automotive body shop and towing and recovery business, serving the Lake County community for over 50 years. He was known for his dedication and the belief that no job was too big or too small.
Outside of work, Jack enjoyed hunting, attending swap meets and car shows, and building unique vehicles. In his later years, he courageously faced Parkinson’s disease and Lewy body dementia, illnesses that gradually took away the hobbies and work he loved. He spent the last two years of his life in the memory care community at Altos Senior Living.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Juanita and Ross Langley, and his sister, Diane.
He is survived by his loving wife, Julie Bales Langley; his daughter, Monica Holloway; his son-in-law, Tommie Holloway; and his cherished grandchildren, Aubree and Aaron Holloway.
Funeral arrangements are under the careful care of Allen J. Harden Funeral Home.
