Jack W. Martin's Obituary
Jack W. Martin, 83, of Mount Dora, FL, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2013.
He was born in Lansing, Michigan on November 11,1929 to the late Wesley and Elvah Martin.
Jack, moved to Mount Dora 10 years ago from Wilmington, NC. He retired after 26 years from J.C. Penney in 1986 where he served as Director of Operations.
Jack is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Beatrice Martin. He is survived by two sons, Douglas Martin (Donna), and Steven Martin; grandson, Donny Martin; grand-daughter, Paige Martin; and Longtime companion, Janet Howard.
A celebration of life gathering will be held 12 Noon. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the Club House at the Country Club of Mount Dora.
The family requests that donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
