Joan Welch, age 82, of Mt. Dora FL., passed away peacefully on November 18, 2024, surrounded by family.

She was born on December 23, 1941, in Westfield, NJ., and married Joe Welch on February 3, 1962, in Red Bank NJ. Most of her career was spent as a grammar school teacher in Paterson, NJ.
