Joyce L. Keller, 68

Long-time Florida resident, Joyce Keller, died November 24, 2020 in Mt. Dora, Florida from complications arising from Osteogenesis Imperfecta.  Joyce was born on May 9, 1952 in Waynesburg, PA to the late Dwight and Lucille Keller, formerly of Winter Garden.  The family moved to St. Petersburg in 1959 and to Winter Garden in 1962.  Joyce graduated from Lakeview High School in Winter Garden in  1970 and from David Lipscomb College in Nashville, TN in 1974 with a degree in Home Economics.  She worked as a certified dietetic technician in Central and South Florida, having resided in Lake Worth for many years before retiring to Tavares.

Joyce was very active throughout her life in church activities and especially loved singing and her church family.  She enjoyed travelling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her brother, James (Carrie) Keller of Linville VA, nephews, Jeff (Jenna) Keller of Mt. Juliet, TN, and James (Meredith) Murray of Houston, TX, and nieces Kerri (Brad) Williams of Brentwood, TN, Katie (William) Brinkman of Manchester, MI and Hannah Keller of Kalamazoo, MI along with several great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place on Friday, November 27 at 4:00 with a Memorial Service to follow at 5:00 at the Mt. Dora Church of Christ, 1801 N. Donnelly St., Mt. Dora, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Mt. Dora Church of Christ.
