Joyce Ann Hughes McKinniss, 68, born September 29, 1949 in Chester, PA, passed away suddenly Monday, November 27, 2017 in Eustis, FL. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Richard J. McKinniss, DVM; her daughter, Amie C. Polcaro, wife of Leonard C. Polcaro, Tavares, FL; her daughter, Andrea C. Wilkinson, wife of Kevin W. Wilkinson, Auburn, AL; her son, Andrew C. McKinniss, Eustis, FL; her brother, Thomas C. Hughes, Hawthorne. FL; her sister, Carolyn H. Hall, Mt. Dora, FL; and her grandchildren, Ian M. Wilkinson, Lenny C. Polcaro, Emory C. Wilkinson, and Luke A. Wilkinson. Joyce loved her family and friends. She was also passionate about caring for animals and regularly fostered kittens for the Cat Protection Society, Sorrento, FL. She was an avid college football fan and loved cheering for her teams. She will truly be missed by all who loved her dearly.
