In Loving Memory of Judith Marie Boyd
August 22, 1941 – December 15, 2025

Judith Marie Boyd, 84, of Sorrento, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025. Born on August 22, 1941, in South Bend, Indiana, Judith lived a life marked by dedication, community service, and a deep love for her family and friends.

A longtime resident of Florida, Judith retired from Sundor Brands after many years of service as a trusted and respected office manager. Her commitment to her community extended far beyond her career—she was a founding member of the East Lake Historical Society, where she served on the board of directors, and she dedicated a decade of service to the Board of Trustees for the Sorrento Cemetery.

Judith was known for her warm, social spirit and her love of gathering with loved ones over a delicious meal. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—especially window shopping, which she approached with her signature enthusiasm and charm.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Gordon "Cub" Boyd; her parents, Aubrey Gordon and Wanda Ruth Stone; and her siblings Terry, Larry, Jack, Lee, Keith, and Donna.

Judith is survived by her daughter, Lisa Richenberg, and her son, Jeff Boyd. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren—with one more blessing on the way.

Judith's life was a testament to love, kindness, community, and connection. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 29th, 2025, beginning at 11am at Allen J. Harden Funeral Home located at 1800 N. Donnelly Street, Mount Dora, FL 32757. A funeral service will begin promptly at 12pm, at the same location; the interment will take place at Sorrento Cemetery, following the completion of the service.
