Leonard Rutherford Sorensen of The Villages passed away peacefully on January 22, 2022 at the age of 91. He was an executive in the automotive industry and enjoyed a lifelong passion for golfing. He is survived by his son Ron Sorensen (wife Shannon), daughter Sandra Huff,  grandchildren; Melissa Edwards (husband Jared), Nicholas Sorensen, Trenton Powers, Shelby Luria (husband Jason) and companion Claire Lemieux.
