Linda Lou Jones, 72, passed away Friday, June 30th, peacefully at home. She worked at Winn-Dixie for 36 years, working her way up to a pharmacy technician before retiring in 2007.

She is survived by her son, Jimmy Ray Jones ( Tammy) of Altoona and William Thomas Jones (Darlene) of Grand Island, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Ruby Finley and Vannie Rowe, and 1 brother, Freddy Abston.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Eugene Jones, father, JT Abston, mother, Dolly Mae Abston, 2 sisters, Lily Lee and Debbie Conley, and her 3 brothers, Tommy Abston, James Abston and Eugene Abston.
