On Sunday, April 5, 2020, Mary Jane Brocius of Tavares, FL, loving mother, devoted wife and caring grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away at the age of 86.  The late Mary Jane was born on May 4, 1933, to the late John T. McWilliams and Catherine E. (Dillman) McWilliams in Washington, DC.  Her youth was filled with fun and adventures with her sister and best friend, the late Doloris Fitzpatrick and cousins in and around Baltimore and Silver Spring, MD.  Her devotion to her late husband Robert D. Brocius was only surpassed by her love and affection to her surviving sons, John "Jake" Brocius and Robert Brocius Sr. and her daughter Barbara "Jean" Brocius.  Her passion was and will forever be her love of family, friends, laughter, and steamed crabs.  She is also survived by her cherished grandsons Robert Brocius Jr., Randall Brocius, and Joseph Brocius, and her great-grandchildren Connor A. Brocius and Hailey A. Brocius.  A service to honor and remember our dearly departed was held at Allen J. Harden Funeral Home on Friday, April 10, 2020 at 10:00am.  In lieu of flowers,memorial contributions can be made to St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, 218 Oklawaha Ave, Eustis, FL 32726 or the charity of your choosing.
