Maye Frances Blankenberg's Obituary
Maye Frances Blankenberg, 83, passed away on April 23, 2014 at the Cornerstone Hospice Facility in Tavares, FL.
The daughter of the Late William C. and Modenah L. Teasley, she was born in Mount Dora, FL.
Before retiring she worked at various stores in and around Mount Dora and for General Electric.
Mrs. Blankenberg was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mount Dora and a member of the Womens Circle within the Church.
She was also Past President of the Womens Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 35.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years William "Bill" Blankenberg, sons, Michael Blankenberg and wife Debbie, Kenneth Blankenberg, grandchildren, Tara Stonebraker(Brian), Erin Blankenberg, William Blankenberg, great grandchildren, Kyle Blankenberg, Corey Blankenberg, Dylan Stonebraker, Cassidy Blankenberg.
A Memorial Service is scheduled on May 3rd, 2014 at 10:00 am at the First United Methodist Church in Mount Dora, FL.
Memorial Contributions may be made or mailed to First United Methodist Church, 440 E. Sixth Avenue, Mount Dora, FL 32757.
