Throughout the years, she always worked alongside her husband in all business ventures in Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Orlando. In Orlando she helped Bob start the Trailway Lounge, which evolved into Sullivans, and is now Cowboys Orlando.

Ollie is survived by her sons Mark (Carol) and Steve (Brandee); sisters Ruth McCullers Huber and Mae McCullers Hart; grandchildren Stephanie Courson (John), Daniel Sullivan (Emily), Kelly Sullivan, Evelyn Sullivan, and Matthew Sullivan; and great grandchildren Nora Courson and Robert Sullivan.
