Pamela Ann Altizer, 58, of Mount Dora, FL. passed away unexpectedly on December 3rd, 2019. She was born August 14, 1961 to Phillip "Bud" Smith and Deloris "Dee" Smith. Pam is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years Roger Altizer; Son Christopher Altizer and his wife Sonia Altizer; Father and Mother, Bud and Dee Smith; Brother Phillip "Phil" Smith and Sister Deborah Gilbert; and her grandchildren.

Pam was a graduate of Goshen High School, where she participated in band, volleyball, softball, and basketball. She was a very dedicated and active member of Believers Faith Fellowship church, where she was a worship leader, musician, teacher, and accountant. She was also an ordained minister at Believer Faith Fellowship.

Memorial service details will be sent out as soon as the arrangements are finalized. If any friends or family would like to donate to help the family with the service or any medical expenses, please get in contact with Chris to arrange the donation.
