Philip M. Hebbard, 90, of Mount Dora FL passed away Nov. 11, 2015, Veterans Day.

Phil grew up in Delaware County, NY, one of ten children. He proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII, stationed in the Pacific Theater.

Phil received a degree in engineering after his return from the war and worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of NY until retiring in 1981. He and his wife Anne were married in 1952.

Phil moved to Mt. Dora with his family in 1991 where, an avid golfer, he enjoyed the company of his friends and family while playing.

He is survived by his wife Anne G. Hebbard and his son Lee S. Hebbard, both of Mt. Dora, his daughter Paula A Hebbard of Basalt, CO, sisters Elinor Terry of Zephyr Hills, Fl, Mary Monroe of Oneonta, NY, Jane Hymers and brother Earl Hebbard, both of Delhi, NY and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Nov. 20th at 1pm at the Allen J: Harden Funeral Home followed by a Celebration of Life at The Country Club of Mt. Dora.
