Obituary

Randy William Boyd, nicknamed "Muggin" by his grandfather, was born March 5th, 1963, to TG Boyd and Shirley Krebs, in Eustis, Florida, and was raised in Sorrento, Florida. He went to be with the Lord on April 11th, 2023, while living in Umatilla with his beloved wife of 38 years, Penny Boyd. He is also survived by his children Lawanna, Andrew, Sherri, Randi, and Becky, as well as siblings Terry, Donna, Ricky, and Diane and his 12 grandchildren, that were the light of his life. He also had an older sister named Belinda that was already waiting for him in heaven. Randy drove dump trucks for over 30 years, but was experienced with all types of trucks and heavy equipment. He was well known for being one of the best and was recognized by his trucker name, "War Wagon". He was one of the hardest workers and honest men that you could ever meet. He played drums in a rock 'n' roll band for 20 years, until he found Christ in 2010 and used his gift to bless others playing at church. His love for God and life changing transformation was so evident in the way that he expressed himself through worship and the love that he showed to everyone that he encountered. He was a beautiful soul with a powerful presence, always with a big smile on his face and an outgoing personality. He was well known and hard to forget. He loved out loud and with everything that he had. He is now dancing and drumming for Jesus and is as free as a bird now.
