Draper, Lcpl Spencer 22 of Eustis, Florida died March 27th 2017 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He was born on September 3rd 1994 in Rochester, New York, the son of Mark and Ellen Draper Jr. He graduated from Mt. Dora high school in 2014. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in October of 2014 where he deployed as part of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit while serving with the 1st battalion 6th Marine regiment as a rifleman. He continued to serve until the time of his death with the 1st battalion 8th Marine regiment, stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Spencer is survived by his parents Mark and Ellen of Eustis, Florida, and his brother Quinntin who is still living at home. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents Al and Diane Woodall of Lyndonville, New York. His grandfather Mark Draper Sr. (Kathy) of Eustis Florida. Also survived by maternal grandparents Jim and Lynn Burns of Leesburg, Florida and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be on Saturday April the 8th, 2017 at Allen J. Harden Funeral Home, located at 1800 N. Donnelly St., Mt. Dora, Florida from 10:00am-12:00pm. A memorial service will follow immediately after.
