Thomas Dunn Caldwell, Mount Dora, Fl passed away peacefully on September 29, 2021.

He was the loving husband of Shirley Caldwell for 32 years. Born in Elkton, MD, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Dunn) Caldwell.

Tom retired as an HVAC supervisor at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD in 2001. After moving to Florida from Abingdon, MD that year, he worked at several places in the Orlando area.  Tom was a proud Navy Vietnam Veteran. He was very patriotic and loved all things military. He was very handy and worked on a lot of "honey do" lists. His little dog, Chewy, was his constant companion around the neighborhood.

He loved people, was very personable, and always stopped to chat.  He is survived by his children, Thomas Caldwell II (Jessica), Daniel Caldwell (Tara), Mark Caldwell. Keri Ainsworth (David), stepdaughter Laurel Fisher and preceded in death by stepson Troy. He had twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Tom was the loving brother of Beatrice Dante (James) and was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Howard Caldwell.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Maryland.
