James D. McQuarters, 84, passed away peacefully December 31, 2017 in Apopka, FL. He lived a long and satisfying life, from Rochester, NY to The Villages in Florida. James is survived by his brother Douglas, and a large, loving family. Burial will be at The Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
